If sales tax was omitted from your transaction, please contact our office to cancel the transaction and resubmit it with the correct payment

If you are currently registered with DCNR to process registrations for ATVs and/or Snowmobiles, please use your current Username / Dealer Number and Password to sign in. You DO NOT need to complete a new dealer application.

To sign up as a new dealer, please contact the Snow/ATV Unit at 1-866-545-2476.

To renew your dealer registration, login above and select Renew Dealer Registration from the navigation menu.

Make sure the back of the certificate of origins are signed, dated, and notarized.
